VISITOR INFORMATION NOTICE

This information notice has been prepared by Orsan Ops Talaşlı İmalat San. Tic. Koll. Şti. Salim Serim and Gökhan Serim, acting as the data controller, in accordance with Article 10 of the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”) and the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles to Be Followed in Fulfilling the Obligation to Inform, in order to inform you about the purposes of processing your personal data, the legal grounds, the methods of collection, to whom they may be transferred, and your rights within the scope of the KVKK.

During your visit to our company, your personal data such as name, surname, T& identity number, license plate number, and the person you are visiting are processed, recorded, stored, preserved, classified, and, when necessary, may be transferred to judicial authorities or relevant law enforcement units in case of the resolution of legal disputes or upon request as required by the relevant legislation, for the purposes of identifying entries and exits to our service area and ensuring company security.

The personal data in question are processed by automated and/or non-automated means based on the legal ground stated in Article 5 of the Law, namely “the processing of data being mandatory for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject.”

You may submit your requests within the scope of Article 11 of the Law regulating the rights of the data subject, in accordance with Article 5 of the “Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller,”
