CUSTOMER INFORMATION NOTICE ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

This information notice has been prepared by Orsan Ops Talaşlı İmalat San. Tic. Koll. Şti. Salim Serim and Gökhan Serim, acting as the data controller, in accordance with Article 10 of the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”) and the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles to Be Followed in Fulfilling the Obligation to Inform, for the purpose of informing you, our real person customers and/or the authorized representatives and employees of our legal entity customers, about the purposes of processing your personal data, the legal grounds, collection methods, to whom such data may be transferred, and your rights within the scope of KVKK.

2. For What Purposes Do We Process Your Personal Data?

Your personal data listed above;

To be able to offer our products and services to you,
To carry out communication activities with you,
To provide after-sales support services,
To carry out customer relations and satisfaction management processes and customer satisfaction activities,
To follow up on your requests and/or complaints,
To carry out risk management processes,
To carry out our logistics activities,
To carry out contract processes,
To perform the necessary work by our relevant business units for the execution of commercial activities and to carry out related business processes,
To plan and implement commercial and/or business strategies,
To carry out finance and accounting processes,
To ensure company security and physical space security,
To verify identity information and documents when necessary and to carry out the necessary procedures to prevent abuse, loss, and fraud,
To retain information required to be stored pursuant to the relevant legislation and to take necessary technical and administrative measures for data security,
To fulfill our legal obligations and to carry out legal processes

for these purposes, your personal data will be obtained, processed, recorded, stored, preserved, and classified.

3. To Whom and for What Purposes Do We Transfer Your Personal Data?

Your personal data may be transferred to public prosecutors’ offices, courts, and relevant public officials within the scope of public security and possible legal disputes; to authorized public institutions and organizations; to law firms we cooperate with for the follow-up of legal processes; to financial advisors for the preparation of our company’s financial statements; to banks; to cargo companies for sending documents and products; to audit firms for the auditing of our business activities; and to companies from which we receive accounting services.

4. Methods and Legal Grounds for the Collection of Your Personal Data

Your personal data are processed based on the legal grounds specified in Articles 5 and 6 of KVKK; in compliance with the law and the principles of good faith, accurate and up to date, for specific, explicit, and legitimate purposes, limited and proportionate to the purpose for which they are processed, through automatic or non-automatic methods.

5. Your Rights Regarding the Processing of Personal Data

You may submit your requests regarding your rights under Article 11 of KVKK in writing or through electronic means in accordance with the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller.
