This information notice has been prepared by
Orsan Ops Talaşlı İmalat San. Tic. Koll. Şti. Salim Serim and Gökhan Serim,
acting as the data controller, within the scope of Article 10 of the Law No. 6698 on the
Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”) and the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles
to be Followed in Fulfilling the Obligation to Inform, in order to inform you, our individual
suppliers and/or the authorized representatives and employees of our corporate suppliers,
about the purposes of processing your personal data, legal grounds, methods of collection,
to whom they may be transferred, and your rights under the KVKK.
Your personal data listed above;
will be processed, recorded, stored, preserved, and classified for these purposes.
Your personal data may be transferred, in accordance with the legislation and upon request,
to public prosecutors’ offices, courts, and relevant public officials; authorized public
institutions and organizations, contracted law firms, financial advisors, banks, audit firms,
cargo companies, private legal entities providing technical analysis services, and companies
from which we receive accounting services.
Your personal data are processed based on the legal grounds specified in Articles 5 and 6 of
the KVKK; in compliance with the law and the principles of honesty, accurate and up to date,
for specific, explicit and legitimate purposes, limited and proportionate to the purposes for
which they are processed; by automatic or non-automatic means (e-mail, paper media,
forms, telephone, etc.).
You may submit your requests regarding your rights under Article 11 of the KVKK in
accordance with the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the
Data Controller, in writing or through electronic means.
