framework of Article 10 of the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”)
and the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles to Be Followed in Fulfilling the
Obligation to Inform, in order to inform you about the purposes of processing your personal
data, the legal grounds, the method of collection, to whom such data may be transferred,
and your rights under the KVKK.

shared via the contact form on our website, are processed for the purposes of carrying out
the necessary work by the relevant business units to enable the relevant persons to benefit
from the products and services offered by our company, conducting the relevant business

data that you do not wish us to know.
The personal data in question are processed automatically based on the legal ground set out
in Article 5 of the KVKK, namely “processing of personal data is necessary, provided that it
is directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract and that the personal
data belong to the parties to the contract,” and will only be shared with the relevant judicial
authorities in the event of legal disputes.
You may submit your requests within the scope of Article 11 of the Law regulating the rights
of the data subject, in accordance with the “Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles
of Application to the Data Controller,” by sending a written application to
