These personal data are processed automatically based on the legal grounds of "necessity of processing for the establishment or performance of a contract directly related to the personal data of the parties to the contract" and "necessity for the data controller to fulfill its legal obligation" as stated in Article 5 of the KVKK, and will only be shared with the relevant judicial authorities in case of legal disputes.
